Saturday 29th August saw us hold our annual Flower Show in the Burnside Hall Balmullo. Considering the extreme temperatures and lack of rain we have had, the quality and quantity of the exhibits was a credit to all those who entered the show. While the number of cut flowers exhibits were reduced there was still a colourful display for those who visited. The floral art section was, as always, well subscribed and the judge commented on the excellent quality of all the entries.

Thanks go to all our sponsors who support us with donations, to those who set up and dismantle the show, to the ladies who serve the teas and wash up, the committee who steward during the show and cover the myriad jobs that need to be done to keep the show running smoothly, to the Judges who give of their time to come along and judge, the exhibitors, without whom we would have no show, and all those who came to visit on the day. Thank you all for making the show a success.
